MattressKing AI

These terms govern purchases made through mattressking.ai. By placing an order with us — by text, email, or through our checkout link — you agree to them.

1. Who you're buying from

The seller of record on every order is mattressking.ai, operated by Adam Hardej, a sole proprietor doing business as MattressKing, West Palm Beach, Florida. Contact: hello@mattressking.ai.

Your payment is processed by mattressking.ai. We arrange fulfillment and delivery through our delivery partners, including the store's own delivery network.

2. How ordering works

You text The King (our AI concierge) about a mattress you tried or are considering.
The King confirms the exact model and size, then quotes you our price.
If you accept, we text you a secure checkout link. Your order is confirmed when your payment completes.
The King then arranges delivery and confirms your delivery date by text.

A quote is not an order, and an order is not confirmed until payment is completed.

3. Pricing

All prices are in U.S. dollars. The price we quote you is the total price you pay — it already includes our concierge service. There is no separate fee added at checkout.

If we discover a pricing error before your order ships, we'll contact you: you can keep the order at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Quotes

Quotes are typically valid for [X] days from the date quoted. If a quote expires, text The King for a fresh one — prices can change.

5. Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure checkout, processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

Delivery is scheduled after your payment completes. The King will confirm your delivery date by text and send a reminder beforehand.

Delivery windows, delivery fees (if any), and any haul-away or setup options depend on your area — The King confirms the details with you before you pay.

Please make sure someone can receive the delivery at the confirmed time, and that the delivery path (stairs, doorways, elevators) fits the item. Missed-delivery redelivery fees, if charged by the carrier, are your responsibility.

7. Taxes

8. Cancellations before delivery

Changed your mind before delivery? Text The King as soon as possible. If your order hasn't been finalized with our supplier, we'll cancel it and refund you in full. If it's already in motion, we'll do our best — see our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Exchanges, returns & refunds

10. Product information

We describe mattresses based on manufacturer and supplier information. Minor variations in fabric, color, or dimensions can occur. If what arrives materially differs from what you ordered, text The King and we'll make it right.

11. Limitation of liability
